The most popular bread in our bakery. 36 hours of fermentation makes it the king among sourdough breads. Low sourdough content and long fermentation time make the bread delicate and very aromatic.
We produce bread exclusively on Fridays, with baking occurring once a week. Orders are accepted until Wednesday at 3 PM. This schedule allows us to ensure the highest quality in our products.
